With 15 years in the consulting business, Dave exemplifies end-to-end client service. From business development through solution design and delivery, Dave views each client individually, examining and understanding direction, goals and obstacles. The relationships that Dave builds transcend individual projects because of the trust and credibility Dave brings to every interaction. As a result, InSource has long-term relationships with some of the most significant companies in the world.

Dave’s particular expertise lies in the Life and Annuity business of insurance. He has depth of experience in technology and operations and has successfully driven several integrations, mergers and acquisitions, new business/product creations and platform/vendor evaluations. It is Dave’s particular depth-of-understanding of both the business and technology in Life and Annuities that has made him a valuable partner to executives of several of the largest global insurance companies.

Before forming InSource, Dave worked at top consulting firm, Andersen Consulting (presently named Accenture). As a consulting veteran, Dave has worked with many professionals in the insurance and financial services industries but describes the InSource team as “the most talented team I’ve had the honor of working with,” and is his greatest source of professional pride and accomplishment.

Jerry King, Solution Delivery

Experience:
Involved in a variety of business/technical integration and transformation projects over the last decade, Jerry is an integral InSource leader from concept to completion. His strong background in situational analysis, business process workflows, systems conversions, tracking and testing coupled with his ability to define new business/technical strategic plans makes him a ‘go to’ leader in the company for many of our consultants. After a great consulting start with Accenture (formerly Andersen Consulting), Jerry came to InSource to work with senior executives on sensitive issues such as staffing as well as complex issues such as integrating business and technology. Always with a focus on team collaboration, Jerry is our primary driver of our business growth and increased presence in the Boston area.

Steve has extensive, corporate and consulting experiences with Fortune 500 companies in the Healthcare, Insurance and Financial Services Industries.

Experience:
He has led numerous business and technology projects and is keenly familiar with a wide variety of technologies and architectures. To Steve’s credit, he has identified best-in-class software, managed complex third-party relations and built and integrated a plethora of successful software applications and databases. He has significant experience in solution design and a knack for helping InSource clients establish vision, set business priorities and align business and IT objectives. For companies looking to improve front office and back-office processes, Steve is one of our valuable subject matter experts on process reengineering, business development, process improvement, systems development and systems integration.

Jim Luttrell, Director of Insurance

In his roles as Client Manager and Program Director, Jim is an integral part of the InSource success in the insurance industry.

Experience:

Jim successfully managed enterprise Y2K initiatives, offshore resources for development and maintenance activities, sale of and transition to a third party of insurance books of business, and merger/acquisition due diligence. He was an advocate of strong project management methodologies and tools very early in his career.  He has utilized his skills in this area to successfully lead major strategic initiatives as the manager of PMO organizations. He has also developed expertise in the implementation of business process solutions to increase the efficiency of enterprise operations and used his skill set to manage the execution of business project plans for transition of operations functions from site to site. His application experience has included systems integration, disaster recovery, model office and business testing, and TPA processing.
