Program Management

Execute according to established program management strategy. Execution of: program communication, resource management, issue/risk management, project and financial monitoring and control, benefit realization.

Evaluate overall program status, cost and controls, objectives/priorities alignment, analysis, reccomendations, action plan, mobilize, mentor.
